Google Drive

We organize Google Drive with Shared Drives, modeled after the 2 Triangles: Customers, Employees, Shareholders; Product, Sales, Marketing. Put any shared docs in the relevant Shared Drive. All docs that belong to a department or team go in the Shared Drive. Don’t share files from your personal drive that belong to a department.

Each exec owns their node of the triangle in Google Drive. Execs also share key docs that the rest of the company should be able to reference in their shared drive.
