We don’t use an MDM, but we do have clear expectations about device and data security.

We each own the responsibility to keep company data secure.

Don’t forget the basics:

Lock your computer when you walk away from it in a public space.

Don’t share company data outside the company.

Use a password/credential manager, like 1Password. Avoid saving passwords in your browser.

Always enable 2FA for your logins.

Understand privacy policies and terms and conditions before enabling integrations or sharing data with third-party tools. Ask for help before clicking accept on something you don’t understand.
